IGNIS oven - defects defective

Hello everybody,

I bought a new fitted kitchen Ignis appliances in September 2017.

Now I have about 2 weeks the following problem with the oven:

Normally, a blower always turns on when I turn on the oven. I suppose that's the cooling fan that does not make the glass so hot ?! These bids will then run during the entire baking process. About 2 When I am then, when the oven has risen, the beams no longer running and that was not the beams at all when I did that.

When I switched off the oven but also that the fan until it cooled down.

I then turned on the stove again to check if this works, but no indication.

Besides, water (condensation?) Always drips out of the oven when I have connected the oven for a long time.

Does anyone have a problem and can help me ?!

Call your local support, the appliance is very new, there should be a guarantee on it.

Your oven really seems to have problems with the cooling
Only if the oven is younger than two years you can call and get a free repair because it is within the guarantee time. edit: it is younger, so call the shop where you bought it!

If you really want to try to fix it yourself, you might get better help in another forum : teamhack.de . There are specialists for all kinds of electric devices.
